Car Seat Buggy 2 in 1 - Combos That Are Easy to Use

The Car Seat Buggy 2 in 1, is a combination of two of the most essential baby items: the strollers and infant car seats. It makes it much easier to get on and off public transportation (and walk up and down stairs).

Doona's infant car seat and stroller combination is a fantastic choice. It's the first integrated travel system that lets you to switch between the car seat and stroller in a matter of seconds without disturbing your sleeping baby.

two in one pram  to use

Parents must have a car seat and stroller combination that is simple to use. These travel systems allow you to easily switch between running errands or walking the dog before going for an outing. You can also keep track of the ever-changing needs of your child, so you can take your family on adventures. These travel systems glide smoothly and effortlessly, whether they have one front wheel or two. The Thule Urban Glide 2 Combo and the BOB Alterrain Pro combo are especially easy to maneuver however, the Baby Jogger City Mini GT 2 Combo and the BOB Revolution Flex 3.0 Combo can be pulled easily using just one hand.

Some models can be difficult to attach or remove from the base. The Doona Combo, for example requires a two-step attachment process and straps that go over the infant's bottom portion. It's tempting to skip the steps, but it could result in unsafe results.

In  2 in 1 travel system , some models are difficult to fold away and store, which makes them less convenient than others. Graco FastAction 3 in 1 Car Seat Stroller is difficult to fold due to its massive dimensions and bulky frames. This model also has a tiny canopy, which some testers find disappointing. However the Britax Parkway Click and Go Combo is very simple to fold with just a pull of the lever and a click of a button. This model is a fantastic choice for parents who want to use their car seat in the other cars, as it can be easily detached from the base.

Easy to Fold

If you're storing your car seat on its own, in the trunk of your car or even in a closet, it must be easy to fold and unfold. The best combinations we've tested fold easily in one hand and are sturdy enough to withstand long walks. They're also easy to maneuver, moving effortlessly over uneven surfaces and bumps. Some combos can only be connected and removed using straps. This may be a bit like a second step, and can make it harder for parents to secure their child's car seat properly.

We are awestruck by the BOB Revolution Flex 3.0 Combo for its handy features and sturdy construction that include a huge storage basket that's accessible from the front to back. Its exclusive SafeCenter LATCH makes it easy to achieve a secure car seat installation by connecting the lower anchors and pulling the straps tight and clicking the carrier into the base.

It's also light which makes it a great option for families and frequent travelers with multiple vehicles. The Baby Jogger City Mini GT 2 Combo and the Thule Urban Glide 2 have also scored well in our ease-of-use tests. Both have a single front wheel that is easy to push (one-handed! ) and a versatile swivel front wheel that's perfect for shopping or running errands. The only drawback is that they're heavy and are difficult to lift when carrying a baby in the car seat.

Easy to Assemble

Some car seat and stroller combinations are difficult to put together. We discovered that the UPPAbaby Cruz v2 Combo was one of the easiest to build, and it even comes with a quick-start guide that makes putting this travel system together easy. Other models we tried like the UPPAbaby Minu, UPPAbaby Vista V2 Thule Urban Glide 2 and Baby Trend Snap-N-Go EX Universal were also easy to assemble. The BOB Revolution Flex 3.0 Combo however, is difficult to assemble. It requires two steps connecting the lower anchors, and using straps that cover the bottom of the carrier. It's heavy so it takes two people to snap the carrier in the base, and then remove it.

In our tests it took us around 5 minutes to put the UPPAbaby Cruz v2 together. This is relatively quick when you consider the time is saved by not having to take out the pieces. Most of these models have an easy method of attaching and detaching the toddler's seat, as well.
